A Touch of Glam: Transforming a Hall Bathroom
For this project, we completely stripped the house and started fresh in every room, including this charming hall bath. With no natural light to work with, our goal was to create a bright, inviting space that feels open and airy despite its limitations.
To achieve this, we focused on light-reflective materials to bounce light around the room. The homeowner wanted to infuse the design with a touch of glam, so we selected a delicate mosaic tile for the focal wall of the shower. This elegant detail brings a sense of sophistication and serves as the centerpiece of the space.
To balance the intricate mosaic, we paired it with simple large format tiles, minimizing grout lines for a clean and modern look. For the flooring, we chose a large honed marble tile laid in a classic herringbone pattern. This adds subtle texture and timeless elegance, tying the design together beautifully.
The result is a light, bright, and glamorous hall bath that combines functionality with style—proof that even a small space can make a big impression.
