Sonoma Kitchen

Our Sonoma clients were pretty happy with their existing Kitchen layout, but were looking to update their space. Their existing island was at an angle and didn’t provide efficient cabinetry. We suggested removing the angled island and creating a larger island that could incorporate a custom bookcase for our clients heirloom cookbooks.

Before and After Floorplans
New: cabinetry throughout, appliances, Farmhouse sink, floating shelves, backslash tile, quartz counter-tops to look like concrete. New flush mount hood vent installed above cook-top. New butcher-block island counter-top.
Material Selection Process

Stock cabinets were purchased, all in gray and then repainted to create a two tone design scheme with white uppers and a cooler gray color on the lowers.

Custom Bookshelf built into island and painted to match lower cabinetry color.
