November is when our offer was excepted, it’s also when we poured the foundation of the house. Fall is my absolute favorite season. I love the change in colors and how our front garden shines. Our Silverado/ Kaanapali Dr Kitchen is finally done. So many non-aesthetic hiccups happened on this project like needing to replace hvac and plumbing which stretched the budget a little.
