Mendez House Suite 3

The basement level (at street level) was a new addition to the Mendez House. The Mendez House is new to the Napa B & B rental scene consisting of 3 rent-able units and an in-keepers suite. The style for this space was a little more rustic and chic. We had a blank canvas because of the new construction and wanted to create a different experience than the contemporary Victorian design above. Suite 3 offers a queen size bed with upholstered headboard and luxurious bedding. You can also find unique restored furniture pieces sprinkled through out the room. The two night stands were old sewing machine cabinets that were repainted. The buffet cabinet was altered to provide a space for a mini fridge. It was custom painted with Miss Lillian No Wax Chock Paint and new hardware was added.

Walk in shower with drop down teak bench and hand shower. The floating vanity was custom built with a low profile vessel sink.
