Managing Kids Artwork

With Spring in full swing we are taking a look at organizing. In our house artwork has taken over one of our large cabinets. We have been saving it for wrapping paper, but this week we thought it would be great to look at some creative was to display it.

String It Up

Design Improvised (Image above) has a great tutorial on creating a kids art wall. If you are looking for something a little tighter looking, Ikea sells a curtain wire with support and hooks (see example below, Image via Style Files).

We have seen some other creative was to display artwork with magnets, cork boards, and clip boards.

Keepsakes

If you are looking to turn your children's art work into keepsakes that are not on display we came across a few creative options. One is to mind the art into a book. GrooveBook.com is a cost effective resource that allows you to upload photos of your children's artwork to their site and create a 4.5 by 6.5 inch photo book starting at $2.99 for 100 pages.

You can also create binders with plastic sleeves to hold their artwork.
